My name is Giulio, I am a guitarist, and for over fifteen years I have been working as a guitar teacher and author of educational methods.

Since 2008, I have taught in various music schools in Lombardy.
Since 2017, I have been conducting my courses at my studio in Lecco, both in person and online. For information about my courses, click here.
Before diving into the details of my background, I’d like to write a few words about my work.
Teaching is a serious matter and requires competence, preparation, constant study, patience, and a lot of passion. Without these elements, it’s hard to last long.
I dedicate the utmost attention to my students during lessons and offer constant support throughout the week, answering calls or messages for any doubts or difficulties in their study.
I strive to find the most suitable path for each student, encouraging them to push beyond their limits and face every obstacle together. Every student learns differently, and it is essential to structure the work in a personalized way.
Learning to play requires sacrifice, but I believe fun should never be missing. My program includes studying pieces and exercises of progressive difficulty, allowing students to improve and immediately see (or rather hear) the results.

The study program, suitable for both those who want to learn the basics and those at an intermediate or advanced level looking to improve, is the result of years of work and is constantly updated.
Each lesson is carefully planned and never improvised.
In addition to teaching, I continuously invest in the equipment available to students. In my studio, you’ll find top-quality gear to help you learn how to create your sounds, manage different amplification systems, and do home recording.
You can view the equipment on the studio page.
Below is my training:
1999: Received my first guitar as a gift and completed a basic one-year course.
1999 to 2005: Self-taught study and first experiences with several bands, including live performances and participation in some competitions.

2008: RLS course with Donato Begotti at the Accademia Del Suono in Milan.
2009 – 2011: Course and CCR diploma with R. Fazari and D. Begotti at the Rock Guitar Academy in Milan.
From 2005 to 2017, alongside studies and teaching activities, I performed live and worked in the studio for various projects, cover bands, and original works, spanning a wide range of musical genres (Pop, Rock, Electronic, Heavy Metal, etc.).
2017: Produced and released the first single of my solo project Animah and the album of my band Blood Inc., followed by a related tour.
2019: Published my first book, “Applied Theory for Guitar.”
